Client’s requirement
Our client wanted to get a smooth SaaS based application marketplace using open-source
technologies.
And the application must allow the user to log in and access the sites assigned. It will
help the user to get remote access. Thus, the application will be a useful medium to bridge
the gap between sites and devices. Such remote access will allow recording of the session
for an improved experience.
Their business requirements included log-in, endpoints, application navigation, request
for remote access, search, audit log and log-out functionality. Such application would help
to make remote access and navigate the device making operations effortless. Moreover, they
also wanted visibility of the audit logs. The application should also authenticate users
using an API.
Gramener Digital Solution
Gramener created a SaaS based application marketplace using open-source technologies.
Gramener's solution worked as a catalyst to their existing excellent base to uplift the
user experience and security. The login details of the application included log-in with
RAA (Remote Access Application) credentials. Then it will authenticate the user using an API.
It also shows an error or success message as per the result.
We designed the application for smoother navigation. The user will be able to get a list of
projects or sites after a successful endpoint session. Moreover, the user can select a
device from the given list. Once the user selects the device, the application will appear
on display. The user can request remote access for a device. Though the device may contain
more than one application, the API call will be initiated after the procedure. Then the
information related to the remote session will appear on the display. After a successful
creation of the endpoint, the user will be able the get the device by search. Gramener's
solution and key technologies helped them to expand and improve their journey through a
new application.

We created the SaaS based application marketplace based on the following technologies.
- We used ReactJS for frontend.
- We used NodeJS for backend.
- Remote Access Application (RAA).
- New UI/UX.

Log in: The user can log in with credentials and access further.
Landing: It provides the user freedom to choose the endpoint.
Remote access details: After receiving the remote access, the user will get more details.
Error/success card: It will ensure the situation of the whole procedure. And it will help the user to understand the progress in detail.
